Keranis Residences

Keranis Residences is a landmark mixed-use redevelopment converting the historic Keranis tobacco factory in Piraeus into a contemporary residential hub. Spanning approximately 29,900 m² across 6 floors, the development will feature 408 fully furnished apartments alongside premium amenities. The project offers direct access to Piraeus's historic port, Athens's city centre, and the Riviera via highway, metro, train, tram, and bus. Qualifying under Greece's Golden Visa programme as an industrial-to-residential conversion at the €250,000 threshold, each unit comes with an individual title deed, 3% guaranteed annual returns for 10 years, and projected 4–7% capital appreciation. Completion is targeted for end 2027.
